Kid's Craft: Envelope Corner Heart Basket
My girls and I made these little Heart Baskets today for their classmates. I thought I'd share them with you because they are so quick and easy!
(I found this craft in a book I grabbed at the library called All New Crafts for Valentine's Day by Kathy Ross)
GATHER YOUR SUPPLIES:
*envelope
*scissors
*markers/crayons
*stickers
*tissue paper (optional)
*candy
*pipe cleaners or yarn (something for the handle)
*craft beads
FOUR EASY STEPS:
STEP 1 |
STEP 2 |
STEP 3 |
Save the envelope and use the other corner to make another heart.
READY TO DECORATE |
STEP 4 |
STEP 5 |
My 2 girls and I each made one. I think they both did much better than me!
You can use pipe cleaners for the handle if you have them on hand. We never have those things!
My 7 year old made this one...
I was excited to find out that this one is for me!!
FILL IT UP:
*Tissue Paper *Candy *Love note!!
My 5 year old made this one. Check out that mouth! I did not tell her that hers scared me a little bit.
Valentine's Day is such a great time to spend some quality time making crafts with your little ones. They just love it when YOU get involved in the craft. My girls love to see what I come up with. It just makes them giddy. :)
Have a great weekend!
Blessings,
Gina
I'll be linking up to some of THESE great parties!
