Latest Purse in my Summer Line- Puple and Gray Chevron!
Hello, friends! The other day I introduced you to my GCC Deluxe Concealed Carry Purse that debuted on June 1st in my Etsy shop. Today I'd like to showcase another purse option and it is called the GCC Classic.
This purse is basically the GCC Duluxe bag, I just made a few changes. The original pattern is from the Etsy Shop Blue Calla Patterns. It is my new favorite purse pattern shop. She has lots of different designs to choose from, and her patterns are very easy to read and follow.
Here is what the Deuluxe looks like....
You can see that I removed the shoulder straps and I also removed that cute little front pocket. My goal was to take away some of the cost to have a more economical choice for my customers. By making this adjustment I was able to take away a button, 4 O-Rings, 16 rivets, plus all the time it takes to make the straps and add the hardware.
I'd like to design my own purse for sale someday from scratch, but right now I need the added help of a basic design.
Everything on the inside is the same. I happen to have these pretty lavendar zips on hand. Aren't they perfect?!
I just finished up another GCC Classic last night in a different fabric. It will be up on my Etsy site on Monday or before. If you like pink and gray, you should check it out.
I've decided that the next time I make this purse, I will add the front pocket back and maybe add a zipper closure.
